The introduction of the Samsung Galaxy M30s in India has pushed the Galaxy M30 into the ultra-affordable price range, which is fantastic news for consumers. The Galaxy M30 remains an extremely capable device since it is, after all, still a 2019 release.
It comes with a higher resolution display than most of the phones on this list, and Samsung’s display prowess tends to shine through regardless of the resolution anyway. A mid-range processing package, an impressive camera setup, and a huge battery round out what is one of the best phones you can buy for under 10,000 rupees.

2. Vivo U10

Vivo is looking to gain a foothold in the ultra-competitive sub-10,000 rupees segment with its latest affordable smartphone — the Vivo U10. Like most of the phones on this list, the U10 comes with specifications and features that go far beyond what its price point suggests.

The U10 ticks all the right “ultra-affordable phones in India” checkboxes. You get a solid mid-range processor, gradient colors on the back, multiple rear cameras, the expected RAM and storage variants, and a huge battery with fast-charging capabilities. More important than anything else though is the fact the phone remains quite cheap even with all that it has to offer.

3. Motorola One Macro

In a category where designs, specifications, and features are seemingly becoming identical, smartphone makers are pushing their boundaries to offer something unique to the consumer and to stand out in the ever-growing crowd. The one macro is Motorola’s attempt.
The specs and design of the phone don’t do much to differentiate it from all the others in this price range. What does though, and also gives the phone its name, is the macro camera that Motorola has added to the rear camera setup. This allows users to get as close as two centimeters (0.8 inches) to a subject for some pretty impressive close-up shots.4. Samsung Galaxy M10s

4. Samsung Galaxy M10s

The Galaxy M-series goes to a whole other level with the “s” iterations of Samsung’s popular smartphones. Even Samsung’s entry-level offering gets the same treatment, with the Galaxy M10s leading the charge in the ultra-affordable category.
These aren’t minor upgrades either. The Galaxy M10s comes with a larger display that’s of the Super AMOLED variety, which is truly impressive at this price point. You also get a faster processor, a better selfie shooter, and a larger battery. The Galaxy M10s is a pretty big step up from its namesake, but Samsung still manages to get the pricing just right, making for a very compelling device.

5. Realme 5s

Realme continues to expand its budget-friendly portfolio with the Real me 5s and the Real me 5i. While these devices don’t replace their namesake, they make the Realme 5somewhat irrelevant. Starting with the similarities, both the 5s and 5i retain the same processing package, display, and battery found in the Real me 5. In fact, all three even look identical, with varying colourways the only way to really distinguish between them.
The difference comes in the form of the camera setup. The Realme 5s brings the camera of the excellent 5 pro to a more affordable package, while the 5i downgrades the front-facing shooter to make it cheaper. The Realme 5s is the best option of course, but if you’re looking to save some money, the 5i more than gets the job done.

6. Redmi Note 8

Xiaomi
There may be a lot more competition in the ultra-affordable segment now, but Xiaomi continues to rise to the challenge. The company raised the bar once again with the Redmi note 8 , which brings with it a series of first to the under-10,000 rupees price range.
The device offers more RAM, more storage, and a higher resolution display than most of the competition in this price range. It’s also one of the few to come with a quad-camera setup, a macro lens, and the first to feature a 48MP primary shooter, fast-charging capabilities, and a water-repellent coating. Xiaomi has always blurred the lines as far as price vs specs and features are concerned, and the Redmi Note 8 is another fantastic example of this.
7.Real me 3pro
The Realme 3 Pro is the company's latest flagship, designed to take on the Redmi Note 7 Pro from Xiaomi. It features some new colours options and the same small notch and slim bezels as its predecessor, the Realme 2 Pro. The 6.3-inch full-HD+ IPS display produces vivid colours and is very legible under direct sunlight. You also get two Nano-SIM slots and a dedicated spot for a microSD card.
This is currently the only phone under Rs. 20,000 to sport the recent Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC. It's an efficient chip built on the 10nm fabrication process and features a better GPU compared to a Snapdragon 675, which shows in benchmarks and games. The phone is available in two variants -- 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is what we have. ColorOS 6 is based on Android 9 Pie, which runs smoothly and also gives you plenty of shortcuts and gestures.
App and gaming performance is very good. The phone doesn't heat up during regular use and even with gaming, barely gets warm. The main 16-megapixel sensor captures detailed landscapes and macros under good light. The secondary 5-megapixel sensor is also good at edge detection. At night, images are generally soft but the Nightscape mode helps in bringing out better detail in objects. Videos can be recorded up to 4K resolution but without stabilisation. Finally, the 4045mAh battery will last you a full day on one charge and a VOOC 3.0 fast charger is bundled in the box
8.Vivo U20
The Vivo U20 gets the formula of a good budget smartphone quite right. It brings a bright LCD panel and a triple-camera setup into the mix, along with the Snapdragon 675 that's known for better gaming performance. The Vivo U20 also comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging.
9.Realme 5

The Realme 5 is a massive upgrade over the Realme 3 that it replaces, and is one of the best phones to consider buying under Rs 10,000. It's more in line with a mid-ranger with a Snapdragon 665 SoC under the hood, Combined with the 11nm manufacturing process of the SoC and the 5,000mAh battery inside, the Realme 5 is also a long-lasting top mobile under 10000. Add to that, a quad-camera setup, and the Realme 5 is packed with features. The primary 12MP camera is followed by a wide-angle, and a macro lens along with a depth sensor offers a lot of flexibility in shooting. On the front you get a 6.5-inch LCD display with a drop notch and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 over it.

10.REALME 3

Realme 3 price in India starts from ₹ 7,499. The lowest price of Realme 3 is ₹ 7,499 at Amazon, and is available in Black, Diamond Red, Dynamic Black, and Radiant Blue colours.
The Realme 3 redefines excellent performance and elegant design. Its Helio P70 AI Processor (12nm-class), combined with a powerful 4230-mAh battery, makes the Realme 3 a highly power-efficient smartphone. It has a 3D Unibody Design, that's complemented by a gradient effect, which adds to your stylish persona. Its 13+2 MP AI Dual Camera, coupled with the Chroma Boost feature and Nightscape Mode, helps capture all the fine details of precious moments, whether it's day or night.
